01-04-2024Very bad delivery by safe Xpress courier 8 to 10 days late delivery and also bad experience from Novamax customer care didn't take calls and did not solved problem very bad experience I never ever by novamax any product from Novamax official website or Flipkart or Amazon also Im not recommended to any other person to buy it shame on you novamax shut down business if you not interested to run business.

01-04-2024Very good. 1.cools instantly. 2.no dripping from pads and big water Tank with Autofill and water cut off function. 3.very powerful air throw. 250w motor, fan metal 4 blades with balancing done with small clip weights for smooth rotation. 4.auto sweep function also working. 5.cools the whole house even if placed inside. 6.energy consumption approx 0.4kw to 0.5kw in approx 1 hour. 7.works indoors as well, More than sufficient for 2bhk hall + one room. 8.Build quality very good, Motor with small heat sink aluminium plates on outside, wires inside plastic duct. 9.All knobs smooth and working. 10.very satisfied. Delivery was little late (14days) but it's okay. Noise level moderate but it's ok. We switched off 3 celing fans after Novamax Rambo jr 100L took over. Thanks Novamax Team.
